Product Description

It is a kind of double-plunger and high-pressure electric Lubrication pump, which is applicable when the oil-supply pipe is long and has many Lubrication points. Lubrication grease is distributed to Lubrication points by the distributor. It can fit for various of working environments and is widely applied to the large and middle high-pressure dry-oil centralized Lubrication system, such as such as machinery in industries of metallurgy, mining, chemical, power, building, sugar processing, brewing and so on.

DRB-M Electric Lubrication Pump forms a complete set with 24EJF-M type of two-position four-way reversal valve, double-line distributor and YCK-M5 type of pressure difference switch, which is applied to the double-line dry-oil centralized Lubrication system as well as the Progressive dry-oil centralized Lubrication system. Matched with a electric cabinet, the whole system will be controlled automatically.

The big advantage of this product: Under the same conditions, the investment on the double-line dry-oil centralized Lubrication system which is made up by this product is lower than that of low-pressure system, namely the investment savings on the main pipe is about 75%. The storage of Lubrication grease in the main pipe is 1/15 of that in low-pressure system, so the detention time of Lubrication grease in the main pipe is average 15 times shorter, which effectively prevents the aging of Lubrication grease and promote the reliability of the system.

The medium is Lubrication grease whose penetration degree is not lower than 220(25ºC150g)1/10MM.
