Selection Progressive Distributor (WDGF)

This type of distributor is designed based on the improvement of JPQ(D).

This Progressive distributor is a kind of procedural loop. If one of the oil-out pipe goes wrong (such as pipe blocking), all the related oil outlets will stop supplying oil. In some cases the main machine needing continuous lubrication, it will often cause much damage to the main machine only because of the fault of one outlet. The distributor WDGF solved this problem. Relief safety valves are added in it, so when one of the outlets stops supplying oil because of some fault, all the related outlets will not be affected and supply oil as usual. It can guarantee the continuous running of the main machine. The outlet with fault will be identified by the indicator stem at once, so the examination is easy because it is not necessary to check one by one.

Direction for the Safety Valve
We set safety valves in the distributor. When the pressure of any outlet is higher than the setting pressure of the safety valve (setting pressure from factory: 10Mpa), the safety valve will automatically open oil-back gate and let the pressure oil intensively return to the pump. Then the overpressure indicator will stick out to let us observe and distinguish the overloading Lubrication points. The other outlets can keep working normally. When the pressure of the Lubrication part is lower than the starting pressure of the safety, the safety valve will automatically close oil-back gate and return to work normally.
